Set Full Planche

Hold a straddle or full planche with straight arms, shoulders protracted and hips level with shoulders.

2.

Round the Upper Back

Round your upper back and tuck your pelvis to prepare the pressing motion.

3.

Press the Hips Up

Push through your hands and lift your hips up and over your shoulders in a controlled arc.

4.

Finish in Handstand

Close the straddle and stack your body into a vertical handstand line.
