Hang from the bar and pull your body into a horizontal straddle front lever, legs spread wide.

Engage Lats and Core

Pull your shoulders down and back while bracing your abs to keep the hold rigid.

3.

Pull Chest to Bar

Drive your elbows down and back, pulling your chest toward the bar while staying horizontal.

4.

Lower with Control

Reverse the pull slowly, keeping the straddle front lever position until your arms are fully extended.
