Tuck Knees to Chest

Hang from the bar and pull your knees tightly toward your chest.

Extend Hips Slightly

Open the tuck slightly further than a basic tuck so your thighs move away from your torso.

Lift Hips to Bar Height

Pull with your lats until your hips reach the same height as the bar.

Hold and Stabilize

Keep your shoulders depressed and core braced to hold the advanced tuck position steadily.
