Sit on the edge of a bench and place your hands next to your hips, fingers facing forward.

Slide Hips Off
Walk your feet out and slide your hips off the bench, supporting your weight on your arms.

Lower Under Control
Bend your elbows to lower your body until your upper arms are roughly parallel to the floor.

Press Back Up
Push through your palms to straighten your arms, avoiding shrugging your shoulders.
