Feet on High Box

Place your feet on a tall box or bench so your torso is close to vertical.

2.

Walk Hands Back

Walk your hands back until your body forms a steep, near-handstand pike angle.

3.

Control the Descent

Bend your elbows to lower the top of your head slowly toward the floor.

4.

Drive Back Up

Push firmly through your hands to extend your arms and return to the pike position.
